18 Litre Stainless Steel Dual- Filter-Oak Soaker

Dual purpose 18 litre ex beer keg used

Filter :

Internal Stainless Steel mesh filter cartridge 6 ” long

Can be easily packed with filter wool for optimum filtering.

Needs to be packed firmly, to remove carbon colour.

2 kg muslin bag of activated carbon , will filter 200 litres of alcohol

10 grams per litre

Can add loose carbon

Change the wool when you change the carbon

Filter time 5 days minimum

Store when not in use , Clean and dry between filtering

Do not use as a long term storage reservoir.

Chip Soaker:

American Oak chip soaker , adds caricature to your spirit.

Simply add 1 kg of Genuine Oak chips , staves,  to the 18 litre keg

large muslin bags can be used to contain the oak.

Can use wool packed in the filter chamber if required.

Soaking time 5-10 days

10 grams per litre

Can add loose chips

Store when not in use , Clean and dry between filtering
