Bourbon infused with honey for a smooth, sweet taste.
Enjoy neat, chilled or on ice.
Shake well before use.
Mix this essence with 1 cup (220g) of sugar and top up to 2.25L (76 US fl oz) with 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka.
Stir to dissolve. Makes three 750ml (25 US fl oz) bottles.
Vary sugar to taste.
Store under ambient temperature, away from direct sunlight.
In our opinion, Top Shelf is one of the very best flavours.
Finally as with all spirits, if you want to lessen the sharpness of the alcohol, simply add 20mls of glucose or 5mls of glycerine.
