Scotch Heather Top Shelf by Still Spirits.
A honey based Whisky liqueur first produced on the Isle of Skye from an infusion of herbs and spices.
Firstly, shake well before use.
Add this essence and 850ml (29 US fl oz) of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka to Still Spirits Liqueur Base “B” (made up as per base instructions).
Finally, top up to 1.125L (38 US fl oz) with water.
Store under ambient temperature, away from direct sunlight.
How do I drink Scotch Heather Liqueur.
1 part Scotch Heather Liqueur
1 part Irish Cream.
Add Scotch heather into a cocktail glass, add Irish cream so that it layers on top, and serve.
