Cream Liqueur Base Still Spirits.
Gives ideal finished thickness and sweetness to cream liqueurs.
Firstly, make up alcohol as per essence bottle.
In separate vessel slowly add base pack to 220ml (7.4 US fl oz) hot water.
Mix thoroughly with whisk/stick blender.
Finally, add alcohol to mixture, top up to 1.125L (38 US fl oz) with hot water.
Will keep for 1 month at room temperature, 6 months in fridge (5 days for fresh cream).
Store under ambient temperature, away from direct sunlight.
