A smooth delicious, full-bodied liquor with a touch of sweetness, a mellow aroma and a rich amber colour.
Firstly, Shake well before use.
Mix this essence with 220g of sugar and top up to 2.25L (76 US fl oz) with 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka.
Stir to dissolve.
Therefore, this makes three 750ml (25 US fl oz) bottles.
Store under ambient temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Finally as with all spirits, if you want to lessen the sharpness of the alcohol, simply add 20mls of glucose or 5mls of glycerine.
