Amaretto Top Shelf by Still Spirits.
A liqueur with a sweet, rich almond flavour popular in the northern region of Italy.
Firstly, shake well before use.
Add this essence and 850ml (29 US fl oz) of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka to Still Spirits Liqueur Base “C” (made up as per pack instructions).
Finally, top up to 1.125L (38 US fl oz) with water.
Store under ambient temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Store in glass bottles,do not store in plastic containers.
Recipe:
4 parts Amaretto liqueur
3 parts Cafelua Coffee liqueur
2 parts Melon liqueur
1 part fresh cream
Serve in a long glass with crushed ice.
