Coffee Maria Top Shelf by Still Spirits.
A rum based, coffee liqueur popularised in the Caribbean.
Firstly, shake well before use.
Add this essence and 650ml (22 US fl oz) of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka to Still Spirits Liqueur Base “A” (made up as per pack instructions).
Finally, top up to 1.125L (38 US fl oz) with water.
Store under ambient temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Store in glass bottles,do not store in plastic containers.
Recipe:
2 parts Coffee Maria
1 parts Hazelnut Liqueur
1 part Irish Cream.
Layer Irish Cream in a coctail glass, and serve
