Carbons are used to remove the fusel oils after distilling is finished.

Use carbons with your distilled alcohol by soaking in a closed bucket for 5-10 days at 40% ABV.

Attach a carbon filter filled with filter wool to the tap of your bucket.

After 5-10 days of soaking in the bucket, release the tap on your bucket to allow the filtered alcohol to collect into a bottle.

The filter wool with stop the carbon in the bucket from entering your collecting bottle.

It’s now ready to flavour and drink.
